Quantia Communications Joins ILP

CAMBRIDGE, MA, November 7, 2005 - CIMIT is pleased to announce that Quantia Communications has joined the Industry Liaison Program.

Quantia Communications (www.Quantiaco.com) uses business innovation and groundbreaking technology to develop new and meaningful connections between people - creating interactive communication networks used in health care and media applications. Quantia's products and services leverage the latest wireless and Internet technologies to develop new communication channels, allowing for communication in an entirely new way.

Quantia was formed in 2004 by Eric Schultz, a 20-year wireless industry veteran who most recently ran Wireless Knowledge, a joint venture between Microsoft and Qualcomm. Eric saw the opportunity to create a platform to support the distribution of multi-media content over wireless and wireline networks for use in healthcare and other applications.
