CIMIT's Dr. Jonathan Rosen Takes on New Opportunity at
Boston University

BOSTON, MA - October 2, 2006 - Dr. Jonathan Rosen is now the Executive Director of the new Institute for Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization (ITEC) at Boston University School of Management. ITEC will encompass all the existing responsibilities of the School's entrepreneurial programs and will address additional research and teaching initiatives related to technology commercialization and tech transfer.

Dr. Rosen will continue his association with CIMIT. As Senior Advisor to the Director, he will continue to be closely involved in the ongoing development of technology implementation pathways and in documenting metrics of facilitation. Dr. Rosen' new BU responsibilities should also expand the possibilities for cooperation between the University and the other CIMIT partners.
